Cancellation Policy

Our team understands that there are times where emergencies or obligations for family or work may arise. However, failing to call and reschedule or cancel your appointment in an appropriate time denies other clients the ability to book their own appointment, due to a seemingly booked appointment.
Therefore, cancellations that have been made in less than a 24 hour notice will be charged 50% of the reserved appointment price to the credit card held on file in accordance to the cancellation policy.

No-calls no shows will be charged in full to the held card on file.If an appointment is rescheduled, different fees may apply, as specified below. If a nurse has already been dispatched to the client’s location, or if the client is not present at the designated address within 10 minutes of the nurses scheduled arrival time, the client will be charged a $180 fee to the credit card held on file.COVID-19 Guidelines: Cancellations with less than a 12-hour notice will be charged 50% of the reserved appointment price to the credit card held on file in accordance with the cancellation policy.

If you feel unwell and think you may have COVID like symptoms and need to reschedule, we will gladly change your IV drip appointment at no cost to you for when you are fever free, feeling better, and have not exhibited COVID-19 symptoms for at least 14 days. If rescheduled, different fees may apply; see below. If a nurse has already been dispatched to the client’s location, or if the client is not present at the designated address within 10 minutes of the nurse’s scheduled arrival time, the client will be charged in full to the credit card held on file. In the event that an infusion is aborted, the client will be charged a $100 nurse deployment fee. This fee applies in the following circumstances, including but not limited to:
-The Nurse is dispatched, but the IV is not completed due to the client’s condition (example: client could not tolerate it and did not want to continue)
-The Nurse is dispatched to the client’s location but the client is unable to receive the drip because subjective information was not disclosed at the time of booking (example: ill health, diarrhea, alcohol withdrawal, drug abuse)
-The Nurse is dispatched but client unable to receive the drip because the client’s vitals signs are out of range
- The Nurse is dispatched but the IV is not completed despite ithaving an ample flow, but because of time constraints -Unsafe or unsanitary environment. This fee will NOT apply if:
- The Nurse is dispatched but unable to start an IV after 3 attempts. Note: As per the terms of service, the nurse must be allowed to attempt the placement at least twice. If the client chooses not to continue after the first attempt, the $100 deployment fee will apply.
-  The Nurse is dispatched but the client is unable to receive the drip due to medical reasons that were not disclosed at the time of booking (example: health conditions, severe infection, need medical clearance etc)
-  This fee will also apply if the client facilitates a hostile or unsafe environment as perceived by the nurse at anytime before or during the visit.
